TESTIMONIALS
Chris Newell,
Aviation Maintenance Training Instructor
I have known and worked with Eric for over 12+ years during his time in the Marine Corps. We both served together in the states and during several tours of war in Iraq. He was always a great inspiration as a manager and leader, who I sought out on numerous occasions for both personal and professional guidance. As a Marine Corps Officer, I observed him while he held numerous billets from the Airframes Officer in Charge of our division of 43 Marines to a Aviation Maintenance Officer leading a department of 180 or so Marines throughout numerous military occupational specialties. Eric was always thorough in his decisions that were back up with technical evidence that he would quickly research. While not limiting himself to just his position, he wanted to work hand-in-hand with Marines to not only be able to fly and lead Marines, but know the intricacies of how things worked or how to repair them. Other Marines like me looked up to him because he was so personable. This showed a great understanding and respect for his Marines and I had the honor to be re-enlisted back into the Marine Corps twice by him and promoted twice too. Each of these events I will always remember as a Marine. It was a honor to always serve with him and work harder to always put forth the best efforts in order to achieve mission success. As a employee or enlisted Marine, I felt empowered to always try my hardest which showed other Marines my passion that was contributed by his leadership. If it came down to it again, it would be an honor to work for or with Eric again.

I had the pleasure of serving with Eric at Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 364. He is a pragmatic, energetic, and innovative leader who always put his team first. Ever the consummate professional, he strived to better himself, those around him, and the unit on a daily basis. Eric is a seasoned global executive with 22 years experience of leadership ranging from combat evolutions to the day-to-day administrative needs for 227 Marines. He is empowering, approachable, and an effective leader who is skilled at developing highly functional teams with diverse members. He continuously proved himself to be a creative and leader that collaborates effectively with all levels and is adept at creating subject matter expertise. Eric has proven that he has the ability to strengthen any team he is a part of and I would follow him into combat.
